Gluten Free Products

A business that produces gluten-free products was seeking support to manage their advertising campaigns because they were not satisfied with their sales. As a result of advertising management, we achieved a profit increase of four times compared to advertising budget.
Our strategy was two-fold:
the restructuring of the content marketing strategy and the optimization of advertising campaigns.


1: Content Marketing Strategy:
In the analyses we conducted before starting work, we found that there was too much focus on product content in social media content, but a message aimed at establishing an emotional connection with the target audience was lacking.
To change this, we produced video content emphasizing how good it feels to consume organic and gluten-free products, how important it is for one's health to take steps to protect it, and how wonderful it is to achieve a deserved healthy lifestyle by consuming delicious food.


2: META Ads Campaign:
Following the success of our content strategy in strengthening the connection with the target audience, we asked customers of the business to send in videos where they talk about the products.
User-generated content (UGC) is one of the most effective marketing tools in the wellness sector, and we were confident that such content would enhance the success of the advertising campaign.
As we anticipated, we were able to increase the company's profit by up to four times in a short period.
